Situated in the lap of Aravali Hills 'Gadh Palara,' established by Thakur Devi Singh of Rathore dynasty, is an historical monumnet, just 11 kms away from the nearest town of Kuchaman, reowned as Shiksha Nagri. The jagir of Palara was esatablished by Thakur Devi Singh ji of Palara, the youngest son of Rao Bahudar Kesari Singh Ji who was the Thakur of Kuchaman from 1857-1877, he was granted the the title of Rao Bahudar on 1st January 1877. Gadh Palara resembles the sense of tranquility enduring with rich heritage of the bygone times and represnts well the dignity of ancient Rajputana.
